    With over 30+yrs experience in the institutional capital markets business, our founder, Bradford Bodine, has unparalleled insights into client behavior, market dynamics and capital flows.  With senior roles at Credit Suisse, Barclays Capital, Wachovia/Wells Fargo Securities and having founded and been Chairman of Cortview Capital (A Warburg Pincus Portfolio Company), Head of Fixed Income at Canaccord Genuity, and the President and Principal of Bonneville Multifamily Capital Markets, his product expertise spans:

    With over 50+ years of experience in global equity markets as an analyst, fund manager and advisor, William Bodine, has led The Investment Advisory Group as Chairman for more than 30 years by providing financial and investment advisory services to major corporations, governments and significant private groups. His pioneering work in disciplined asset management is documented in a Case Study at Harvard Business School. Along with recent appointments to the board of The Duke of Edinburgh International Award (Treasurer) and the Vatican's Global Venture Fund, "Bill" has served as President of the New York Society of Security Analysts, Group Head/Managing Director of J.P.     Steve Hawes - COO

    Steven T. Hawes is an entrepreneur, investor, and business leader who has built, scaled, and transformed high-growth companies across hospitality, real estate, media, consumer finance, software, packaging, and travel. Drawing on expertise in finance, marketing, operations, and leadership, he has founded, acquired, and operated businesses by identifying growth opportunities, building strong teams, and creating lean, efficient organizations.


    In hospitality, Mr. Hawes was an early Five Guys franchisee and grew the business into one of the largest Five Guys franchise organizations in the world before its successful sale. Across multiple ventures, he has served as CEO or COO, leading companies through rapid expansion, operational turnarounds, and successful exits.


    In media, he owned radio stations and built a marketing enterprise that pioneered the first Japanese infomercials in Japan. Most recently, prior to joining CHAiNGE, he founded and served as CEO of Go&Give, a travel platform that helps charitable foundations and nonprofits raise funds through travel.

    Eric Williamson - Principal

    Eric Williamson is a senior financial markets executive with 25+ years' experience in capital markets trading, regulatory supervision and enterprise risk and compliance leadership. He held senior roles at Lehman Brothers, BNP Paribas, Bank of America, Wells Fargo/Wachovia and JP Morgan (Bank One Europe), building FICC, credit and risk businesses across London, Charlotte NC, Asia and Dublin. He then served as Manager, Overseas Wholesale Banks Supervision at the UK Financial Conduct Authority, leading supervision of 264 wholesale banks and co-founding the FCA's Crypto, LIBOR and Firm Risk committees.


    Eric now advises financial institutions and FinTech firms on enterprise risk, regulatory compliance and digital asset strategy, serving as Director of Compliance and Risk at The Digital Commonwealth Ltd and Chief Compliance and Risk Officer at MPOWA.io. An Advanced Certified Financial Crime Specialist, he combines deep expertise in digital assets, blockchain and ESG with the communication and governance skills that mark him as a mentor, innovator and leader.     Dan Donovan - Principal

    Dan Donovan has had a 32-year career in government including serving as a United States Congressman, New York City District Attorney and Deputy Borough President, Dan is now engaged in various roles in the private sector.

    In the House of Representatives Dan served on both the Homeland Security and Foreign Affairs Committees. On the Homeland Committee, Dan Chaired the Emergency Preparedness, Response and Communication subcommittee whose jurisdiction addressed both terrorism and natural disasters. Dan was also a member of Homeland’s Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Protection subcommittee. As a member of the House Foreign Affairs Committee, Dan served on the Middle East and North Africa subcommittee as well as the subcommittee on Africa, Global Health, Human rights and International Organizations.


    As Staten Island District Attorney, Dan successfully prosecuted  a record 12,000+ criminal cases annually, resulting in one of the safest places to live in the Country.  Other roles in which Dan has served in government include Staten Island Deputy Borough President, Chief of Staff to the Richmond County Borough President, and Deputy Bureau Chief for the legendary Manhattan District Attorney, Robert Morgenthau.

    Jess Hurwitz - Principal

    Jess Hurwitz is a technology executive and strategic advisor with more than 35 years of experience helping organizations navigate technology shifts and drive digital transformation. His expertise spans fintech, payments, SaaS, digital assets, blockchain, AI, cybersecurity, digital identity, and enterprise technology strategy across startups, growth companies, and global enterprises. Working closely with executive teams, boards, founders, and investors, he helps organizations assess emerging trends, develop strategic roadmaps, and turn new technologies into secure, scalable, commercially viable solutions.

    Fred Larcombe

    Frederick Larcombe is a seasoned CFO who has served public and private companies across manufacturing, life sciences, pharmaceuticals, software, telecom, and professional services. He drives value by partnering across functions to solve problems, fuel growth, and improve profitability—acting as a key business leader in achieving organizational goals.

    His expertise spans budgeting and business planning, SEC financial reporting, corporate governance, internal controls, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, treasury, risk management, and succession planning. He has led all facets of M&A activity—due diligence, valuation, negotiation, deal structuring, closing, and integration—along with investor relations, turnarounds, and NYSE-MKT/NASDAQ listing processes.


    Fred's CFO roles include Towerstream, PharmApprove, InterCore, iBio, Phytomedics, Plan 4 College, Xenomics, MicroDose Technologies, and ProTeam.com. Across these positions, he has raised more than $50 million in new equity and renegotiated over $100 million in existing obligations.

    Earlier in his career, Fred spent nearly a decade in roles of increasing responsibility at Cambrex, a publicly-held fine chemical and pharmaceutical manufacturer, during a period when annual revenue grew over 300% to more than $500 million with operations across Europe. He began his career at PriceWaterhouseCoopers.

    Hans Hageman

    Hans’ story begins in the vibrant yet challenging neighborhoods of Harlem, New York, where he grew up in tenements and housing projects. His transformative journey took root at “Exodus House,” a pioneering residential drug treatment community founded by his father, where early lessons of courage and faith in human potential shaped his future.


    A Princeton University and Columbia Law School alumnus, Hans initially carved his path in law, serving as a prosecutor, chief counsel to a U.S. Senate subcommittee, and public defender.  His passion, however, lay in youth development and education. He boldly founded independent schools in Harlem, tackling the school-to-prison pipeline head-on, and co-founded a girls’ school in Lucknow, India, for lower caste students, breaking barriers and creating opportunities.


    Hans’s multifaceted career includes military service as a Lieutenant in the U.S. Army Reserve and graduate of the 101st Airmobile’s Air Assault School.  As a father of four and author of “Gamer Strong: Mental Toughness Training for the Next Level PvP Skills,” he continually seeks to inspire and empower future generations.  His ultimate aspiration is to become “An Ancestor Worth Remembering,” leaving a legacy of hope, resilience, and positive change.

    Timothy Robinson

    Tim is an experienced entrepreneurial executive who has led and advised numerous non-profit and for-profit companies, optimizing performance by building revenue, profitability, and return on mission.


    As the senior marketing executive at ThermoWorks, the world's leading thermometer brand, Tim increased media exposure 1,300% by building relationships with key publishing partners—including the Food Network, Wirecutter (NY Times), New York Magazine, Bon Appétit, Epicurious, CNN, and USA Today—driving 255% growth in digital revenues over eight years.

    His expertise spans the corporate, government, non-profit, and academic worlds. Additional experience includes leading the reelection campaign of Governor Olene Walker (Utah's first female governor), directing online content for ABC TV's live fall line-up webcast, helping launch KiN2 (an app connecting users to celebrities through shared ancestry), and co-founding LeatherWood Press, profitable within its first eighteen months.


    Timothy is also the author or ghostwriter of 15 published books, including Turnaround: Crisis, Leadership and the Olympic Games by Mitt Romney, Reclaiming the Classroom by Trenton Goble, and Thou Shalt Be Like a Watered Gardenby Timothy Robinson.

    John Stewart - Principal

    John has over 30yrs of experience in institutional sales and relationship management. John spent over ten years at Goldman Sachs, and has held senior sales roles at Bank of America, Wells Fargo, Nomura Securities, Amherst Pierpont, and Credit Agricole CIB, where he was recruited to bolster their US Credit effort.


    John’s product expertise includes corporate credit and credit derivatives, ETFs, structured credit and mortgage backed securities. Throughout his tenure on Wall Street, John has been credited with successfully developing and managing numerous high-profile institutional client relationships.  John brings to our clients a wealth of knowledge about the institutional investment community and excels in forming strategic partnerships among key stakeholders.


    John is a graduate of Brown University with a BA in Organizational Behavior and Management. He holds FINRA series 7 and 63 licenses.  

    John focuses on our capital raising and sourcing efforts in the institutional investment community, and is a critical partner in our consulting efforts for client business development, client strategy, and investor relations.
